- How much does Members Management cost?
Members Management is priced on a level basis allowing smaller clients a cheaper rate and the large clients the standard rate. Membership levels are defined as the number of members inputted into the system under your profile. Subscriptions start at $29.95 per month, for information on pricing.
- What do I need to be able to run Members Management?
Members Management is completely web based which means that you only need to be able to run Internet Explorer 6.0 or a comparable browser and you will be able to gain access. For optimal performance you require to be currently running a Pentium 3 Type Computer and broadband internet.
- How fast is Members Management?
Members Management is as fast as your broadband and your computer specifications. Most pages and options will be instantaneous when clicked. Should you wish to demo the system, contact a representative who will be able to run you through the system.
- I have a website. Can I use it with Members Management?
Yes you can. You can ask your web developers to link through to your unique client URL if you wish your members to login to the site. Following this you can customize your login to Members Management with your logo and company colours.
- What is included in a Members Management subscription?
With a Members Management subscription you get complete access to the following modules…
- Members Module – Ability to create and store membership details such as address, contact details, member pictures etc.
- Timetable Module – Ability to create classes, assign instructors, subscription levels, check attendance, tasks, alerts and more.
- Inventory Module – Ability to earn commission using the MMS Store or create your own offline store to act as a basic POS system onsite including purchase orders and track suppliers.
- Payments Module – Make once off payments via credit card or setup all of your recurring subscriptions via cheque/savings and credit card.
- Documents Module – Create and use templates to mark occasions and keep in correspondence with your clients and members.
- Newsletter Module – Customize newsletters and send them out to members on your lists to keep them informed and increase sales/subscriptions.
- Reports Module – Review reports on members, payments, inventory, attendance and more.
- Web Builder – Customize your web pages with colour and logo changes.
- Grade/Exam Feature – Grade and examine your students.
- Bar Code Feature – Allow your members to sign in to your club, mark attendance and in use with the POS system.

- I already use software to manage my members. Can I use Members Management to replace this software?
This depends on the features you get from your current software. You can compare the features of the two and look at issues such as online access and price per month. Should you require help with this comparison you can contact a representative.
- I have a list of members and items. Can I import this into Members Management?
Yes you can – Members Management has a template you can follow to import items and member details.
- I have a registered domain name. Can I use this with Members Management?
Yes you can. For a small fee you can use a hosting technology called frame forwarding to forward all visits to your domain name on to your unique URL with Members Management. You can also purchase domains through Members Management and mailboxes.
- How does the online payment system work?
Members Management has developed a very easy system to subscribe your members for monthly/fortnightly payments and also do once off payments for one day visit membership. For recurring or subscription payments this is done when subscribing a member to a particular subscription. Once the payment details are in the system and authorized with Members Management the payment runs until suspended or cancelled by yourself or an authorized person. Once off payments are done instantaneously in the above fashion but no recurrence is triggered.
- How secure is Members Management?
Several measures have been put in place to secure your data on Members Management. The following is a list of security features …
- Passwords are require to be a minimum length and complexity to ensure hacking is not an easy task.
- SSL or Secure Socket Layer is installed for 128 bit encryption of data between your computer and the Members Management server.
- All data contained in the database is encrypted and scrambling meaning that no data is available to non validated sources.
- Offsite measures are in place for administration and maintenance including security passes and standard data centre policies.
